  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • i medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • ane teaspoon kosher common salt, divided
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric

  • i ½ pounds infant potatoes, halved or quartered
  • one small head cauliflower, separated into florets
  • four cups chicken stock
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • i-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • cup full fatty coconut milk, from a can
  • Chopped fresh parsley and freshly basis pepper to gustation

Instant Pot Instructions
